Achmad Sultani, M.Si. is a faculty member at LSPR Institute of Communication & Business and London School Beyond Academy, specializing in Marketing Communication. With a strong passion for creativity and business, he is also a graphic designer and an entrepreneur in the coffee industry, successfully managing his own coffee shop. Combining academic expertise with hands-on industry experience, Achmad brings a dynamic approach to teaching, bridging communication, branding, and entrepreneurship.

Bilal Wegig Wirawan is an educator and author dedicated to advancing special education and inclusive learning. He writes extensively on vocational development, teacher empowerment, and strategies to improve education quality in Indonesia. Bilal has authored various articles and books on special education and creative teaching methods. In addition to writing, he is an educator and lecturer, providing teacher training and mentoring students on innovative learning concepts. Actively engaged in seminars and workshops nationally and internationally, Bilal is committed to creating more inclusive and effective education systems to inspire positive change in Indonesia’s education.

Dewi Rachmawati is a lecturer at the Faculty of Communication, LSPR Institute of Communication & Business. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community Nutrition and Family Resources from IPB University (1999) and a Master’s degree in Communication Science from LSPR (2013). Dewi is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Communication Science at Universitas Padjadjaran. In addition to her teaching role, she holds several management positions at LSPR, focusing on corporate training and MSME development. Dewi writes on Marketing Communication, Public Relations, and Cross-Cultural Communication, aiming to empower the younger generation and contribute to the advancement of Communication Studies in Indonesia.

Elke Alexandrina, M.Sc., is a full-time lecturer at LSPR Institute of Communication & Business and is pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Business Management at IPB University. She is also a corporate trainer, assessor for LSP LSPR, and a judge for pageants like Abang None Jakarta Barat, Putra Putri Batik, and Putri Pariwisata. She holds an MSc. from Western International University and a BSc. in Management Information Systems from Arizona State University. Passionate about education and personal growth, she specializes in marketing communication, public speaking, customer service, and professional grooming, bringing expertise and enthusiasm to her work.

Emilya Setyaningtyas, M.Ikom., MIPR., is the Head of the Communication Reputation Department and a full-time lecturer at LSPR Institute of Communication & Business. Holding a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication from LSPR, she has been a certified Public Relations Competency Assessor by BNSP since 2015 and, in 2023, became an Assessor for LSP Humas Global. Actively involved in PERHUMAS Indonesia, she contributes to PR competency development and frequently facilitates training in Public Relations, Public Speaking, Social Media, Issue Management, and Event Management.

Hersinta, Ph.D. is a faculty member at the Faculty of Communication, LSPR Institute of Communication & Business, Jakarta. Previously a journalist covering music and sports, she earned her Ph.D. in 2021 from the School of Media, Creative Arts, and Social Inquiry, Curtin University, Australia. Currently, she is an Adjunct Postdoctoral Fellow at Curtin University, a Research Associate at ICT Watch, and a member of the Advisory Board for the Centre for ASEAN Autism Studies (CAAS). Retno Wulandari is an educator at London School Beyond Academy (LSBA), a vocational training institution for teenagers with special needs under the London School of Public Relations (LSPR) Institute of Communication & Business. Starting in 2017 as a freelance assistant teacher, she is now a full-time faculty member. Passionate about education, Retno has been actively involved in volunteering as a teacher, presenter, and educational photographer since 2015. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, specializing in autism, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Special Education. Her interests focus on inclusion, empowerment, and education for individuals with special needs. She contributes regularly to the LSBA newsletter.

Vanny Adriani, M.Si. is a lecturer at LSPR Institute of Communication & Business and London School Beyond Academy (LSBA) in Jakarta, Indonesia. An alumna of the LSPR School of Communication, Vanny has a strong background in Human Resources, specializing in training and development. Currently, she also serves as the Head of Quality Assurance at LSPR, ensuring the high standards of academic programs. Dr. Yolanda Stellarosa, M.Si. is a faculty member at the Faculty of Communication, LSPR Institute of Communication & Business. Known as Lala, she earned her Doctorate in Communication Science from Universitas Sahid Jakarta and her Master’s degree from Universitas Indonesia. Her research interests include media studies, media literacy, and health communication. She has co-authored several publications, including Mengenal Hak Identitas Digital Anak (2023) and Panduan Bermedia Sosial & Literasi Digital Untuk Orang Tua dengan Remaja Autistik (2021).
